The aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) fires one of its MK15 Phalanx close-in weapons systems (CIWS) during a pre-aim calibration fire in the Atlantic Ocean Sept. 25, 2012. Truman is conducting combat systems ship qualification trials, designed to test her CIWS, RIM-116 rolling airframe missiles and RIM-7 Seasparrow missiles.
