NATUNA SEA (March 27, 2023) Sailors assigned to Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 35 make adjustments on the main rotor of an MH-60R SeaHawk, attached to HSM 35, during flight deck operations aboard Independence-class littoral combat ship USS Oakland (LCS 24) as Oakland sails across the Natuna Sea, March 27, 2023. Oakland, part of Destroyer Squadron 7, is on a rotational deployment, operating in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations to enhance interoperability with Allies and partners and serve as a ready-response force in support of a free and open Indo-Pacific region.
