Sailors assigned to the Los Angeles-class attack submarine USS Oklahoma City (SSN 723) participate in crane operations conducted by civil service mariners aboard the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) in preparation for getting underway. Frank Cable conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels in the 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
