Civil service mariners from the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) assist Sailors assigned to the Los Angeles-class fast attack submarine USS Oklahoma City (SSN 723) by connecting the crane lines to the brow in preparation for getting underway. Frank Cable conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels in the 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
