HMAS STIRLING, Australia (March 14, 2023) – Rear Adm. Rick Seif, commander, Submarine Group 7, presents Lt. j.g. Michael Nix, assigned to the Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarine USS Asheville (SSN 758) with a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal. Asheville conducted a routine port visit to HMAS Stirling, Western Australia to enhance interoperability and communication, and strengthen relationships with the Royal Australian Navy.
