Sgt. 1st Class Brian Simmons directs Petty Officer 2nd Class David Crabb of Navy Embedded Training Team 3-205th Garrison, where to throw a hand grenade during weapons familiarization training. Simmons and Crabb practiced throwing grenades, which Crabb had never done before. Both work out of Forward Operating Base Tombstone in Helmand province.
