Rick Guinan, a certified athletic trainer and teacher at Central York High School in York, Pennsylvania, teaches the "Stop the Bleed" program to his applied sports medicine class February 2, 2023. Guinan invited U.S. Army recruiter and combat medic specialist, Staff Sgt. William Barnett, to assist with the program, which teaches people how to control bleeding in emergency situations.
