Mrs. Sharene Brown, spouse of Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. CQ Brown, Jr., shares a discussion with a group of first sergeants from across Team Mildenhall during her visit to Royal Air Force Mildenhall, England, Dec. 21, 2022. This meeting provided the first sergeants with the opportunity to discuss the top challenges their Airmen and families face, along with successes they have had to address those challenges. The visit also gave Gen. Brown and Mrs. Brown the chance to personally recognize Airmen who are standing watch, remaining vigilant 24 hours a day to protect U.S., allies and partners’ national security.
