Mrs. Sharene Brown, spouse of the Chief of Staff of the Air Force Gen. CQ Brown, Jr., meets with Ms. Tammy Edwards, 100th Force Support Squadron Exceptional Family Member Program coordinator, during her tour of the Military and Family Readiness Center at Royal Air Force Mildenhall, England, Dec. 21, 2022. Mrs. Brown also met with local EFMP families to learn about the unique challenges they face and how the Five & Thrive initiative can help develop lasting solutions in the future. Additionally, the visit provided Gen. and Mrs. Brown with the chance to personally recognize Airmen who are standing watch, remaining vigilant 24 hours a day to protect U.S., allies and partners’ national security.
