Air Force Staff Sgt. Francisco J. Hernandez, left, and Air Force Maj. Lanny B. Greenbaum, right, enjoy playing with two babies at a Djibouti orphanage near Camp Lemonier, Djibouti. Greenbaum, a Plain City, Ohio, native, is the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa information management officer, and Hernandez, a Merkel, Texas, native, is the CJTF-HOA Information Management Office Data Systems non-commissioned officer in charge. Service members supporting the CJTF-HOA mission donate their time three times a week to help French nuns who run the facility feed the babies at dinner time. More than 60 babies and toddlers are cared for at the facility.
