Air Force Staff Sgt. Francisco J. Hernandez uses both hands wisely to hold one baby and feed another during a visit to the Djibouti baby orphanage near Camp Lemonier, Djibouti. Hernandez, a Merkel, Texas, native, is the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa Information Management Office Data Systems non-commissioned officer-in-charge. Service members supporting the CJTF-HOA mission donate their time three times a week to help French nuns who run the facility feed the babies. More than 60 babies and toddlers are cared for at the orphanage.
