    14th Public Affairs Detachment

    1st Lt. Wesley Kelley, assigned to 2nd Battalion, 23rd Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Division, participated in the annual 4th Inf. Div. Best Ranger competition, and completes an obstacle course on Dec. 14, 2022, Fort Carson, Colorado. The competition challenges competitors to represent the 4th Inf.
