(Nov. 21, 2022) –Trident Refit Facility, Bangor (TRFB) team member Machinist’s Mate (Nuclear) 1st Class Samuel Beadle discusses the Quality Assurance Inspector (QAI) division shop productivity with TRFB leadership during a gemba. Code 613 Quality Assurance Inspectors (QAI) personnel are responsible for conducting in-process critical inspections and testing of components within the Submarine Safety (SUBSAFE) boundary, as well as structural, mechanical and critical coating inspections.
