The image shows a military interaction scene inside what appears to be a classroom or administrative room. An Iraqi soldier in desert camouflage is writing on a paper at a desk, while a US Army soldier observes from behind, and a civilian man wearing a keffiyeh stands across the table. A world map with Arabic text is visible on the wall in the background.

Rocklin, Calif., native Spc. Nicholas Bergmooser, combat medic, with Troop C, 2nd Squadron, 14th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, observes as an Iraqi Army medic diagnoses and treats an Iraqi who came to the combined medical engagement, Jan. 25, at the Falahat girls school. This mission focused on providing care for Iraqis in a neglected area and training the Iraqi army medics to conduct their own medical missions in the future.
