Staff Sgt. Evan Ruchotzke, team leader with the 7th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment, III Armored Corps, puts a deployment patch on Sgt. Dylan Bailey during the 7th MPAD deployment patching ceremony on Oct. 21, 2022, Fort Hood, Texas. The 7th MPAD prepares for deployment to Europe, led by senior noncommission officer 1st. Sgt. Jason Duhr and senior officer Maj. Marcellus Simmons. The 7th MPAD will serve as a rotational detachment with the mission to provide public affairs augmentation to V Corps and its subordinate units across Europe. They will also assure allies in partners deter adversity adversaries highlight inter-operability counter mis/disinformation and keep the public informed of operations activities and investments and most importantly to tell the Army story.
