The Defense Logistics Agency followed tradition by inviting the oldest and youngest sailors in attendance to cut the birthday cake following a ceremony for Navy’s 247th birthday Oct. 11, 2022, at the DLA’s headquarters in Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
