U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Tyler Williams, 437th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron crew chief, marshals the last C-17 Globemaster III to leave the base during relocation operations in preparation for Tropical Storm Ian at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina, Sept. 29, 2022.
