An HH-46 Pedro search and rescue helicopter on display after two Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) artisans repaired damaged windows on the Havelock, North Carolina landmark. FRCE employees Thomas McKeel and Robert Waits were recently recognized for their efforts to restore the damaged aircraft to its previous condition.
