A group of five individuals pose for a photo on wet rocks near a body of water in overcast, foggy conditions. Three appear to be wearing military camouflage uniforms, one wears a fleece with what appears to be a military-style cap, and one civilian is dressed in dark casual clothing. The mood is informal and friendly despite the cold, grey weather.
