PHILIPPINE SEA (Sept. 3, 2022) Sailors participate in a general quarters training evolution aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) while conducting routine operations in the Philippine Sea, Sept. 3.
