PHILIPPINE SEA (Sept. 3, 2022) Logistics Specialist 2nd Class Tyler Robinson, from Menlo Park, California, uses a two-way radio to make a report to a damage control locker during a general quarters training evolution aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) while conducting routine operations in the Philippine Sea, Sept. 3.
