A Man Transportable Robotic System - Increment II robot, piloted by a 741st Ordnance Company (EOD) Soldier from a safe distance, works through a simulated bomb site during a training event at Fort Bliss, Texas, Sept. 14, 2022. Even with its electronic countermeasure abilities as it disables devices, the MTRS II is able to keep seamless connectivity with its pilot, who controls the robot remotely with help from an on-board camera. Team Bliss and its partners regularly hold installation exercises to stay sharp when it comes to swift and effective emergency response.
