An F-16C Fighting Falcon from the 4th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron takes off Jan. 3. The 4th EFS flies missions daily in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. The F-16 can fly more than 500 miles, deliver it's weapons with superior accuracy, defend itself against enemy aircraft and return to its starting point. The 4th EFS is deployed from Hill Air Force base, Utah.
