Thomas R. “TR” Buchanan, incoming commander of Submarine Group Ten, salutes the national ensign during a change of command ceremony held aboard the Ohio-class ballistic-missile submarine USS Tennessee (SSBN 734) at Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, Georgia.
