    NAS Sigonella Initial Qualifiers Take New Naval Security Force Insignia Qualification Exam

    220727-N-OX321-1012 NAVAL AIR STATION SIGONELLA, Italy (July 27, 2022) –Chief Master-at-Arms Justin Zeise, from Green Bay, Wis., front, and Chief Master-at-Arms Anthony Crooks, from Phoenix, Ariz., take the Naval Security Force Master Specialist exam as of one Naval Air Station Sigonella’s initial qualifiers, July 27, 2022. The new NSF insignia qualification program establishes performance standards that can be used to assist in the assignment; promotion and officer selection processes, and provides a visual recognition of the Sailor’s professional expertise with a pin designating the qualification level as a NSF specialist, senior specialist, master specialist or officer. NAS Sigonella’s strategic location enables U.S., allied, and partner nation forces to deploy and respond as required, ensuring security and stability in Europe, Africa and Central Command.
