DAHLGREN, Va. - Laura Van Dyk, a teacher at Grafton Village Elementary School in Stafford County and her son J.J. Van Dyk, a student at Stafford High School, construct a SeaPerch remotely operated vehicle during a training conducted by NSWCDD employees July 19 at the University of Mary Washington’s Dahlgren campus.
