DAHLGREN, Va. - Luis Valcourt-Colon, lead scientist/software developer with the Weapon Control Software Branch at Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division, works with Austin Eppenstein, a teacher at Grafton Village Elementary School in Stafford County on the construction of a SeaPerch remotely operated vehicle on July 19 at the University of Mary Washington’s Dahlgren campus.
