Christopher Cavanaugh, director, Maritime Headquarters at Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMPACFLT), looks upon as midshipmen assigned to the University of Hawaii's Navy Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC) present capstone projects at the conclusion of their summer internship program.
