JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Aug. 5, 2016) – Capt. Teresa Allen, Naval Hospital (NH) Jacksonville director and Navy Medicine Readiness and Training command Jacksonville commander, addresses staff, family, friends and guests during the command’s change of command ceremony August 5. This time-honored Navy tradition saw Allen turn over leadership of NH Jacksonville — comprised of the Navy’s third largest hospital and five branch health clinics across Florida and Georgia — to Capt.
