An IED simulator is emplaced to demonstrate common device placement tactics for a class to detect and respond to on July 19-22, 2022, in Montevideo, Uruguay. Connecticut Army National Guardsmen assigned to the 192nd Engineer Battalion participated in a bilateral exchange on the topic of counter-IED training in Uruguay as part of the State Partnership Program.
