    Spc. Pedro Tijerin and Spc. Jin Bun, wheeled vehicle mechanics for the 2-1 Special Troops Battalion here, chow down on a slab of baby back ribs at the Bliss Brews and Que. The Bliss Brews and Que Festival gave Soldiers, Airmen, Sailors, Marines and civilians the opportunity to display their culinary skills in a fun and friendly environment, but it was more than just any old delicious barbecue, it was a weekend packed with music, beverages and family.
