A man wearing a black long-sleeve shirt and camouflage cap is grilling large quantities of meat on a large outdoor BBQ grill. The grill is producing significant smoke, and the meat appears glazed or sauced with a dark caramelized coating. The setting appears to be an outdoor patio or courtyard near a brick building.

A competitor from the Combat Aviation Brigade BBQ Team prepares chicken for the Bliss Brews and Que festival at Freedom Crossing on main post Fort Bliss from Oct. 12 to 14.
The Bliss Brews and Que Festival gave soldiers, airmen, sailors, Marines and civilians the opportunity to display their culinary skills in a fun and friendly environment, but it was more than just any old delicious barbecue, it was a weekend packed with music, beverages and family.
