Lt. Col. Charles Steffens, II enjoys celebratory hugs with his family after completing his final flight "Fini-Flight" in the C-130 Hercules. Steffens is set to retire later this year with 27 years of service. The “Fini-Flight" is a tradition amongst military aviators where aircrew members are hosed down with water by their peers, family & friends upon the completion of their final flight at their unit or retirement. The tradition dates back to World War II.
