    Lt. Col. Charles Steffens, II does the final shut-down after his "fini-flight" July 21, 2022 at Nevada Air National Guard Base in Reno, Nev. Steffens and Chief Master Sgt. Todd Houchens completed their final flight in the Hercules C-130 before their upcoming retirements latert this year. Houchens and Steffens have a combined 57 years of service to their country.
