U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Claire Hagen, an orthopedic technician with the Health Engagements Assistance Response Team (HEART) 2022, dries off her hands prior to a hip surgery July 20, 2022, at Hospital Escuela in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. During the four-week event, U.S. military members and Honduran medical professionals will focus on three surgical specialties: orthopedic, ophthalmological and dental.
