Dignitaries snip the banner during a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Defense Logistics Agency, on May 19. The event celebrated the opening of a brand new Main Gate Access Control Point at the Defense Depot San Joaquin in Tracy. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District was represented by (from left) Kris Hurst, Chief, Military/HTRW Branch, and Deputy District Commander Lt. Col. Dianna Lively. DLA Distribution San Joaquin Commander, U.S. Marine Corps Col Tiffany N. Harris, and, Jonathan Mathews, Director of DLA Installation Management wielded the giant scissors during the Access Control Point ribbon cutting.
