Colombian air force 1st Lt. Gabriel Enrique Useche, joint terminal attack controller, simulates detainment of U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Matthew Carson, 81st Fighter Squadron aviation resource management, at Avon Park Air Force Range, Florida, May 10, 2022. The U.S. Air Force partnered with Colombia, Tunisia, Nigeria, and Thailand to co-develop tactics, techniques and procedures to combat violent extremist organizations while demonstrating the capabilities of the Airborne Extensible Relay Over-Horizon Network.
