U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. Steven Basham, U.S. Air Forces in Europe-Air Forces Africa deputy commander, visited with U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Jacob Sheppard (right), an F-16 Fighting Falcon Weapons Specialist, and Major Tuco Harrison an F-16 pilot, both assigned to the 52nd Fighter Wing, Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, and coined Sheppard for outstanding performance during the Innovation and Leadership in Aerospace Tradeshow in Berlin, at the Berlin Expo Center Airport, Germany, June 24, 2022. Basham also coined other Airmen, Soldiers and a Sailor who each specialize in a variety of areas including weapons, electronic warfare, crew chiefs, a loadmaster and security forces, for the support they provided to U.S. military aircraft participating in the event.
