FORT CARSON, Colo. — Col. Nate Springer, garrison commander, U.S. Army Garrison Fort Carson, and Sgt. Mely Rogers, 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, prepare pancakes June 15, 2022, at the Western Street Breakfast. The volunteer Soldiers, along with volunteers from the Air Force, participated in the street breakfast, which has been a community event for more than 70 years.
