U.S. Marine Corps Brig Gen. Brian Wolford, the outgoing commanding general for 3rd Marine Logistics Group, gives his remarks during a change of command ceremony on Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan, June 24, 2022. During the ceremony, Wolford relinquished command of 3rd MLG to Brig. Gen. Adam L. Chalkley. 3rd MLG, based out of Okinawa, Japan, is a forward deployed combat unit that serves as III Marine Expeditionary Force’s comprehensive logistics and combat service support backbone for operations throughout the Indo-Pacific area of responsibility.
