Master Sgt. Clifford Jackson III (rear left), and his family celebrate Airman 1st Class Clifford Jackson IV’s graduation from Basic Military Training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas, in April 2019. The two Airmen continue a family tradition of military service that dates back to WWII. Sergeant Jackson currently serves as the 39th Air Base Wing command section superintendent, and Airman Jackson is a materiel management technician assigned to the 39th Logistics Readiness Squadron. The father-son team provide each other with a sense of home while serving their short tours together at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. They meet at least once a week to share a meal and discuss a variety of issues related to personal and professional growth. Also pictured are Sergeant Jackson’s wife Tierra N. Jackson and their sons: Cuinncey (left), Ciddney (center left) and Cammden.
