Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation (WHINSEC) personnel conduct final rehearsal in preparation for Thursday's Change of Command between Col. John Dee Suggs Jr. and Col. Michael P. Rogowski. The Maneuver Center of Excellence Commanding General, Maj. Gen. Patrick J. Donahoe, will be the Presiding Officer. Rogowski will become the eight commandant of WHINSEC.
The ceremony is open to the public. It will take place at the WHINSEC Campus, in front of building 396, starting at 9 am. Additionally, it will be broadcasted via Facebook Live, www.facebook.com/whinsec/live
