YOKOSUKA, Japan (June 13, 2022) — Capt. Rich Jarrett, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), presents a signed aerial photo of CFAY to Assistant Commissioner Kazuo Katoh, chief of the Yokosuka Police Station. Jarrett paid a courtesy call to the Yokosuka Police Station prior to his departure from Yokosuka for his next duty station. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
