YOKOSUKA, Japan (June 13, 2022) — Capt. Rich Jarrett, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), receives an illustration, presented by Sergeant Koji Namiki at the Yokosuka Police Station during Jarrett’s courtesy call to the Yokosuka Police Station prior to his departure from Yokosuka for his next duty station. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
