Members of the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) teachers Ecuadorian Special Forces on how to properly prepare their personal floating devices before conducting HELOCAST training in Manta Ecuador, May 18, 2022. Ecuadorian military and US forces are conducting routine military exchanges from May 6-27 between the cities of Manta and Latacunga. Bilateral exchanges allow both militaries to strengthen tactical readiness for future operations maintain readiness and support continue commitment in responding to emerging security crises and natural disasters.
