Russell, an Explosive Ordnance Disposal technician assigned to the Camp Humphreys, South Korea-based 718th Ordnance Battalion (EOD), performs reconnaissance using his binoculars during the 2022 All-Army Explosive Ordnance Disposal Team of the Year Competition, May 17, at Fort Carson, Colorado.
