Todd Guay, the former commander of the 107th Attack Wing Operations Group, during his retirement ceremony on Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, Niagara Falls, New York, 14 May 2022. Guay has served in the military for nearly 30 years and is replaced by Lt. Col. Thomas Griffon as the new Operations Group commander.
