    N.Y. Air National Guard 106th Rescue Wing Airman First Class David Mangiameli, a 106th combat medic, intubates a “patient,” an advanced medical simulation dummy, at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Anchorage, Alaska, May 5, 2022.
