220518-N-DW158-1028 YOKOSUKA, Japan (May 18, 2022) Senior Chief Legalman Zandee Galang receives her new anchors during a master chief petty officer and senior chief petty officer pinning ceremony aboard the U.S. Navy’s only forward deployed aircraft carrier the USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). Four Reagan Sailors assumed the rank of master chief petty officer and 20 assumed the rank of senior chief petty officer during the ceremony. Ronald Reagan, the flagship of Carrier Strike Group 5, provides a combat-ready force that protects and defends the United States, and supports alliances, partnerships and collective maritime interests in the Indo-Pacific region.
