U.S Marines assigned to 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, III Marine Expeditionary Force are tasered as part of a non-lethal weapons training course during Amphibious Landing Exercise 2013 (PHIBLEX 2013) in Crow Valley, Tarlac, Republic of the Philippines, Oct. 9, 2012. PHIBLEX 2013 is a bilateral training exercise conducted annually in the Republic of the Philippines to enhance amphibious readiness of both militaries and to strengthen interoperability.
